Wish List Wednesday

I just saw this wall art in a catelogue and I want 2 of them to go on wither side of my fireplace inthe living room since its a Red/Gold theme room.


Next summer Aiden will be all over the place and I really want a playset for him for the backyard.



I am finding that alot of my shoes no longer fit me since having Aiden and the ones that do fit are getting old and wore out so I need new shoes as well.

Summer fun.

We were in Walmart yesterday and we happend to walk into the seasonal area to get some grass seed to lay down for the fall when I happen to come across this little gem.



Seth was looking to get Aiden a sprinkler so use next summer in addition to using it to water the lawn. It was marked down, but not as much as I would have liked it to be, but in the end Seth said that we could get it for next summer. I could see the wheels turning in his head when he looked at the box so maybe I will have some pictures of Seth using it as well. :)

Teething is the worst.

I just hope that it goes by fast and that Seth & I don't have to worry about it for the next year. Aiden is getting one of his eye teeth on his bottom right side. It's the first pointy one and it has been nothing but hell for him. He has been cranky all weekend, won't really eat much and has been chomping on his fingers non stop. Since I can see the tooth bud underneath the gums Seth has been really good about letting Aiden have his binkie more this weekend since it helps him to feel better. We have been trying to ween him from using it. We also had to start up with the Orajel and continue the Motrin regimin from the ear infection to help with the gum pain. I hope it pops soon because it just wipes him out, was sleepy all weekend, and he can get back to feeling like himself again.

Making new strides!

This past Thursday Aiden took his first steps!!! And we got it on video to boot!!! I am soo excited. I know that he wants to walk and I think that he is starting to get frustrated that he isn't doing it yet. Friday he also stood up on his own from the floor as well. I know that once he can do that then it will be easier for him to get walking because then he doesn't have to rely on being be near something to get his balance before walking. My little man is getting so big. **tear**

Wish List Wednesday

err...rather Thursday.


To ask me what is on my wish list. There are alot of things.

I would love to have the Acura MDX. I had an Acura and they are great cars. Hold up well and don't need that much maintence. A frost blue color would be nice.


I want to get this wallpaper for my living room to put on the bottom half of the wal below the chair rail.


I want a new chandalier for my dining room. Maybe something like this.

What big teeth you have!

So the 8th tooth has finally popped through and I can breathe a sigh of relief because that means that Aiden's cranky period has passed for the time being and we can go back to normal. I still can't believe that he got 6 teeth in 4 weeks. To a point it was better because then he got the pain out of hte way but at the same time he was really miserable and it must have really hurt him to have that many pushig through all at once. He looks so cute with all the tops of his teeth poking out of the gums though. I'll try to post a picture of it. Hopefully with the new teeth he will start to show a new interest in more table food because we are seriously lacking in that department. All I can do is offer him the food and if he eats it then he eats it. He'll catch up.

A Lapse in time...

As usually time is getting hte best of me and I have lost track of where I am. Aiden is getting bigger and bigger and it is really hard for me to believe that in less then 3 weeks he will be a year old. Here are a few shots that have been taken in the past few weeks.
